This hotel offers great value for your money. The prices are affordable and even include breakfast. The rooms are well-maintained with clean bed sheets, and they have a big family bed, perfect for my two kids who love to run around. The hotel is also conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to find delicious Chinese restaurants and other eateries. The attention to detail, like having a themed room with hello kitty decorations, is a pleasant surprise for kids who like soft toys.
All was okay during my stay.

The fact that they give free can drinks and fruits.... even big hotels don't do this.
I think my bookings stated extra bed, and I was charged for the extra bed but we ended up with twin beds.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has an excellent location, with a variety of delicious Chinese restaurants nearby and famous cafes serving mouth-watering food. It is also close to Pasar Payang, the main attraction of this city and transportation is easily accessible. In addition, the hotel facilities are great, we were given an iron and ironing board in the room which is really rare for a hotel of this price range. The staff was really friendly and always greeted us with a smile, and the cleanliness of this hotel is top-notch.
Nothing for us.

It was a good hotel for the price in Kuala Teragganu. It was a little bit far from the busstation. It was clean, but a very small room. The staff didn't understand very good English and they couldn't give any important information like a map, time table, distance
That they can give some tourist information

The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transport and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The free Wi-Fi is also a plus, as it helped me stay connected during my business trip. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the fact that it was affordable.
The noise from the busy street outside kept me up all night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, adding to the discomfort of my stay.

It was basic and met to our needs excellently for a one night stay. It was clean and comfortable with unexpected little pleasures like bathroom slippers and hair dryer being provided. Good and keep it up.

Cheap, in Kuala Terengganu town and near to airport.
It's an overnight stay in Kuala Terengganu before next day boat ride to Redang island. It's only RM100 and I do not expect much. The reception, hallway is clean. Not so with the room. Upon entering I can smell cigarette. Dust can be found in all hidden corners. The air con filter is not clean for ages. At least the bed sheet and toilet is clean. I got the room facing the main street. Even they make a wooden sound insulation on the windows, I still need ear plugs to sleep. Should have asked for another room but I am too tired to do that in the midnight.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking bay was excellent with easy access from the back entrance. The room had a unique feature of a water-filled container with a dispenser tab. Iron facilities and sejadah were provided in the room. The air conditioning was cold and worked well. The hotel had a lift for easy access to the 3rd floor. The TV had many channels. There were plenty of eateries nearby.
Nothing to be said.
